Rates are based on double occupancy. For additional guests please add $25.00 per person, per night for our efficiency or guest room lodging. This rate applies to the above price schedule for Efficiencies and Guest Rooms only.

Cancellation Policy
Life happens. We get that. Reservations are fully refundable 48 hours prior to check-in during the off season. To cancel a reservation, please call us at 802-723-6507. Cancellations received after 3pm the day prior to check-in will not be refunded or credited, and will be charged in full.
One week cancellation is required prior to arrival once a room is booked on holiday weeks, peak season (December 15 – March 31), and/or special events.
